InfoMaster Suite offers comprehensive vertical asset hierarchy including the ability to specify any user-defined relationships between different types of assets and maintenance activities within the enterprise. This allows complex hierarchical data models to be constructed, improving the user’s ability to represent network assets, maintenance activities and the relationships between them. These user relationships are automatically integrated into InfoMaster’s existing task scheduling, object navigation and querying capabilities, allowing quick, user-friendly access to the data and generation of detailed reports on management of network information. For example, users can query rehabilitation cost for all pumps, perform risk assessment for all isolation valves, and manage work orders and inspections for all treatment plants.

Powerful Object Browser
InfoMaster Suite provides a powerful Object Browser that gives the user a clear overview of the relationships between the different asset and maintenance types and simplifies data management. In addition to the capabilities of the native ArcGIS geodatabase, it provides support for user-defined objects and relationships hosted within Oracle and SQL Server databases.
